how to add an event:
either click on the day in question and add the title of the event and then press add. when you scroll over the name listed below an 'edit' tab will show up. click this so you can give more info then click 'update info'. you're done!
or
at the top of the calendar click the link 'add detailed entry' fill in the info including the date and click 'update info'.
